Mounting Corals

Stainless Steel

A very easy way to secure your cutting to the coral cradle.

Pictured above is a piece of Sarcophyton, pierce with the wire and loop threw the holes in the Coral Cradle. Takes about a 7 to 10 days to attach. When the coral is attached simple pull the wire out and re-use.

Cynoacrylic Glue

Since our Coral Cradles are made out of Polycarbonate the Cynoacrylic glue creates a fast an very secure bond between the coral and mount. Other mounts made of ABS, Ceramic or Aragonite blends can't compare.

Test have been done to show that once the SPS coral touches the Polycarbonate the growth rate at least the encrusting stage speeds up. Please check our testimonials to read about it.

Rubber Bands

Simply the easyist way to secure most corals, Xenia (cespitularia) in this case are secured by placing the cutting in the dimple and streatching a band around the base.

When the coral is attached remove the rubberband and re-use
